Service Agreement Contract — Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement Contract is being served on behalf of Big Buckle Business, LLC., and affiliated entities (i.e. Jamm Stand), hereafter referred to as the "Business." The Client and Associated Constituents, also referred to as “Party” or “Parties,” are hiring the Business for Goods and Services described in this Contract, with express consent of its Terms & Conditions.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This document acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, damages, and loss of intellectual property in conjunction with having participated in the Jamm Stand, hereby referred to as the “Activity.” By consenting to these Terms & Conditions, the Client and Affiliated Constituents (being anyone involved on behalf of the transacting party) understand that the Goods and Services provided by the Activity have been willingly pursued with desire or intent; as such, the vendor has demonstrated considerable care in ensuring that the Activity may be carried out safely. Furthermore, Goods & Services refer to any assets involved with the Business.

Monetary Policy & Refunds

The Customer(s), or Client(s) and Associated Constituents will be assumed to have accepted the Goods, Services, and Terms & Conditions unconditionally as per having interacted with the Business. Furthermore, the Customer(s), Client(s), and Associated Constituents will hold the Business harmless for any disputes or claims. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Business.

Licensing

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or Services provided, and that all work performed or Services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

Authority to Sign

Each Party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract. By signing this contract, express consent of all Terms & Conditions has been acknowledged.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Expenses & Damages

Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business, including damages, in the provision of Services under this Contract.

Photo Release

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product using my Likeness, with “Likeness” referring to myself, the Client, including Affiliated Constituents or Parties. I hereby release and discharge the Business from any and all actions, claims and demands of any nature which I may have at any time now or in the future arising out of or related to the rights granted above or my Likeness. Having interacted with this Activity, I hereby irrevocably authorize the Business to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photos for any lawful purpose. Furthermore, I grant the Business permission to contact me, the Client (including Affiliated Constituents and Parties) by utilizing lawfully gathered information in order to execute transactions pertaining to provided Goods and Services.

NOTE: there may be sharp objects involved with the Activity. The Client and Affiliated Constituents understand that respecting the space around them and participating in the Activity holds them responsible for their actions with, and around, the Activity. Additionally, it is the Client(s) responsibility to ensure their information is accurate for proper distribution of Services & related receipts.
